The last time I tried to activate the console in the .lua , it made my game start crashing on start up. It was probably some kind of syntax error on my part. I don't recommend trying it for anyone who doesn't think like a programmer.
It used to be easy to do in the original game. The needed line was already there in the .ini , and all you had to do was change a "0" to a "1". Learning the syntax for an actual console command, though...ugh, forget it.
For those that didn't get the CTRL-8 joke, it gives you a 100 roll at character generation. This was in response to the posts vis-a-vis rolling 90's and accidentally hitting reroll. As Billy Dee is telling us, CTRL-8 works every time.

not to nit pick or anything, but it gives you a 108 actually, you know, not like I ever used the cheat or anything........
That's not an accurate comparison in the slightest - that rock that Spongebob summoned was actually useful! And didn't vanish into thin air when he stopped dancing!
