@Cr4zyJ The weekend gave us four additional issues to look at, but we're fixing things almost as quickly as we find them.
Keep reporting stuff if you see any new issues, folks; things are looking pretty darn solid on this end.
Darn, beat me to the correction. Yea, I noticed you were pretty active on the forum this weekend. it's obvious everyone there is busting their asses right now which is why I hated to even ask. You guys arent human, instead you must be coffee consuming, coding and bug squashing androids. Put that race in 1.4 I'm sure wizards of the coast will approve the change. Oh crap... phone dieing I'll edit this later...
Is it too late to add a portrait icon for the cleric spell "Aid"? It's not a new bug, but I just noticed there isn't any. Not the most exciting spell in existence, but hey!
@Jace If it's something you'd like to see changed, post a bug report in the Bugs forum; we won't be touching it for this patch.
@kaguana We have some fixes coming for the Quick Loot feature, but they'll need to wait until we get to BGII:EE before we share them. Stability is priority at the moment.
I'm a tea-drinker myself, but yeah, we're trucking through right now.
As a tea drinker, and with the power invested in me as a gnome, I declare you 1/16 British. Commiserations!
@Dee was the last beta update require a restart of the game? Can it mess up the dialogue.tlk? Bit confused with Nashkel inn dialogue appearing in the temple.

It shouldn't have, no. But check 1.2 - you may be seeing an older issue there.
(Also, I learned my tea-drinking habits from an Englishman, so I'll accept that honor with pride.)
@kaguana The Quick Loot bar is going to function more or less exactly like it does right now in BGII:EE; we're not ready to add the code changes into the build yet, since right now everything is quite stable and we'd like to keep it that way.
Once we get to BGII:EE's side of the patch, though, you'll see some significant improvements--and once we've confirmed that the changes are good and don't set things back at all, we'll make sure the code gets backported to BG:EE as well.
Again, please - before you report something here, check to make sure it's a new issue. If it's not a new issue, post it in the Bugs forum if it hasn't already been reported.
Sorry. I post first excitedly and search later. Sorry for spamming the thread with old bugs. I posted the second to make people aware it was an old bug
Apologies again. I am trying really hard to find genuine new bugs.
I found a bug in @Anduin trying to find bugs that aren't there lol Now really please no more bugs so we can get this patch on the road. (not that it will help me in the next two weeks have a big exam and I don't need some game to distract me) but anyway patch will be nice to get.
@Dee: Dee, I just sat up all night (I love being retired) playing a fresh game in 1.3.2052.
I am still getting an occasional 'black flash' screen flicker. It is only at long intervals, and it has not (so far in about 10 hours of play) degenerated into any texture flashing or other visual instability, but I thought I better mention it.

Y'know where the random access provided by quick loot would be really useful? When a character is looking into a character populated stash/closet/shelf/chest, etc. Which it currently does not do.
Just saying: I have far more trouble grabbing the right stuff out of my jumbled shelves/chests/barrels than I ever do with a pile of stuff on the ground.
Hey! You get that too! I thought it was pretty specific to me, because they borrowed a couple of veins to fix some more important circulation a few years ago.
Try setting a 30 min timer and just go for a glass of water. That seems to make a big difference for me. Oh, and wear actual shoes while playing, even loosely, as opposed to slippers or socks or barefoot.
About an hour(ish) into play. It is reminiscent of the intel vidoe chip problems on the original release. The video flickers and slows down whilst the sound goes all sqwauky and scrouchy.
Oh...
And I found this. Spot the non highlighted boxes to the bottom right. You can't select neither option! Esc works though.
EDIT: Searched it. Appears new for Beta...
EDIT: No. Screw it. It only happens if CHARNAME is stealthed.
Well, I can see why the buttons are disabled; it looks like the game wants you to remove at least one party member before you can continue. Why it's telling you that, though, I don't know; can you reproduce that issue reliably?
Hello, Found a new bug. I posted on the google + group, but will post here too. When I used the Pre-Generate Character feature, introduced in the latest beta patch, and saved the new character, after I try to use the character by either selecting from the new game pre-generated character list or trying to import it by clicking create new and import and selecting the character, the game crashes. I am using a Google Nexus 7 2013 edition. It happens on the computer beta too.
Alright, keep an eye on it; if you can get a good test case we'll work on fixing it, but if we can't reproduce it on our end that makes it a bit more challenging.
ya i understand @dee if its my systems problem and not everyone elses its low priority, if however i can reproduce it and show you. i definitely will cheers

Can you upload the character that causes the crash? If there's something going awry in the export process that should tell us a lot.
What sort of flicker do you mean? Is it an occasional frame of black, or is it more like a slow strobe?
At what point during your ten-hour session did it occur?
Single flash of black screen.
First time was early, prologue or maybe even character creation. However, it only occurs at long intervals (1-2 hours?), and I have seen no consistency on when. Does not seem (to me) to be in conjunction with screen loading, nor any particular action. I have had a blink while moving, in a skirmish, and while messing around with inventory in Kagain's storeroom.
I CAN say that it is not a general graphics glitch in the system. It isn't happening when I a browsing, reading e-mail, playing Torchlight, etc.
Sorry. I know that is not much evidence.
I'll try playing the current game file in 1.2 and see if I notice.
Does that happen with 1.2 as well, or is it new for 1.3?
Sorry @Dee . Had to pick up the little one from nursery... And then she gets all my time. Just in case anyone was wondering about how and why I can beta test so long (School is also out until 1st Sept.
1.2 only crashed on multiplayer and did not provide a crash dump (it froze). However, I never experienced a slowdown on the video. You do need to play an hour plus for it to happen. I have turned off my background programs and now checking how long before it crops up again.

But can only find this on the overhaul site here...
http://support.baldursgate.com/issues/1396
And Nashkel not mentioned. Just needs the RNASHK.DLG edited (the tavern options) and reassigned to Nalin in the temple.
States 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 should be kept and the rest deleted.
Bah... It can wait for patch 1.4.
I hate re-finding old bugs.

Been playing a long time now. So signing off to do housework and pump some blood back into my legs...

Norton does periodically tell me Baldur's Gate has a high usage of cpu... Norton in the background causing it?
As to the second issue. I am pinning it down, I think it is caused by the kicked out member not being able to talk to you when you are stealthed.
