Recipient saves versus (popularity) death or be turned into a fashion train wreck. They may look good, but everything they touch turns to crap and their INT and WIS and CHA (despite their physical appearance) drops to 3. Their reputation immediately drops 10 points. They also gain more money than they can spend for the duration of the spell, but are unable to make any kind of use with the money that doesn't end in absolute disaster (in other words no material long term benefit from this effect).
There is a 5% chance that they have to save again versus Death or permanently lose 5 CHA. There is an additional 5% chance that they will end up married to the caster of the spell (regardless of age/sex/race or sexual orientation of either or both parties) (both parties save versus paralyzation at -5 to negate).

Level 6 spell, any school. Duration: 10 rounds. Causes all failed saves to roll again till they're successfull. Power Word: Reload cannot be used for the duration of this spell. Seems pretty balanced to me
Power word: beard. Everyone became bearded, those, who already have will have thicker and longer. Those, who fail their saves vs. polymorph get a -2 charisma. Dwarfs get +2 charisma. .
Woo, wait a second, there are lots of people who find men much more attractive with beard. (Me included!) only ladies should get a charisma penalty IMHO, unless they are dwarven, in which case no effect to cha.

If you managed to flub one of the romance plots, this spell will fix it. if you chose to side with the 'Assassins' instead of the Thieves guild. This will rewrite it.
At casting time the caster must sacrifice one gem worth at least 10K and an additional 30K in gold.

In addition all creatures within the spells area of effect are slowed and any creature that leaves its area of effect continues to be slowed for two more rounds. Creatures immune to fire damage are immune to the damage this spell inflicts but not immune to its slowing effect.

I feel as though Diviners really lost out on a lot in psells since the game is limited in terms of using "fortune telling" and scrying-like powers.

Upon casting this spell on a deserving and lowly human, the human in question is subject to the realisation that they are meaningless servants to your superior whims and commands. Save vs Spell negates, although if the character subjected to the spell is in a romance with Viconia they take a -4 penalty to the save if she is the caster.
Power Word: Drunk Spell Level: ? (automatically acquired by any bartender or pub-savvy sleuth)
Non-hostile spell. Any target that SUCCEEDS at a save vs. paralysis is compelled to the bar. The spell continues to demand a saving throw from the target on every subsequent round until they fail their saving throw vs. paralysis, at which point they are rendered unconscious, and the barkeep is all the wealthier for the occurrence.
