Kinda late for it but since there's the tradition of turning 3E PrCs into kits, I wouldn't mind seeing a Frost Mage. Either as a Sorcerer kit or Mage, though I think Sorcerer fits best despite called Frost Mage.
Basically it increases (decreases in ADnD) your AC, giving resistance to Cold instead of Fire damage and eventually letting your spells ignore any cold resistance, finally it makes you immune to cold.
But I noticed something here. All the various EE kits are from the Core SRD rules. Blackguard, Shadowdancer, Dragon Disciple etc. Which means that those are open content, free to modify etc.
