The first that comes to mind for me is when Jaheira get's hurt. I thought she talked about herself in third person and said "Jaheira needs healing. Or else I will not survive" (it is "I fear I need healing ...")
Does anybody know what Anath, the werewolf/wolfwere at the Temple Ruins, actually says when you speak with her inside her cave? It doesn't match her written dialog at all.

I loaded up an old save to test this, just for you! Anath says "Best you make peace with your demons, before I send ya' to meet 'em".
Was entirely sure that's what they said all the way up till EE when I finally read the subtitling. The ability to split something in two with a blunt weapon was fascinating I thought.

But when I first heard it I thought he was saying "What do you mean only ask?" Which never made much sense to me
I usually spell the Den of Seven Whales instead of the Den of Seven Vales.
Actually with that one you see it in text as well but that's how it sounded to me.
