Similar to the bro of one of the posters... Before the extended subtitling in EE, I always heard Aerie's "Chikitta Fastpaws" comment as:
"Faster than she ticks fast-pause."
I presumed it could not be right, because it would be just too ... meta-game, when also weird. Auto-pause, meanwhile, now that would have made some sense at least!
I was introduced to Biff the Understudy being the Baldur's Gate replacement actor in a Wikipedia article (I guess I didn't connect it to the BG2 NPC, who I hadn't met many times). I was so unfamiliar with him that, after not having seen his name for a while, I forgot exactly what his name was. I thought it was something like "Gregor the Overestimator."
Was entirely sure that's what they said all the way up till EE when I finally read the subtitling. The ability to split something in two with a blunt weapon was fascinating I thought.
Haha, something similar happened to me... For so many years I thought ogres said..."Me will smash you, smash you to DO!". Well I thought the ogre would smash me and was gonna DO it, just for the sake of it!
@simples, @Nimran He actually says "'Ey! Get outta me way, ya crummy lager-head." but it does sound a lot like "log-head" the way he says it. I know this because I copy the quote from the game's data.

Oh... Lager-head... that makes sense now.
I'd wondered what the heck a logger-head was.

Who is this warrior boar? The avatar of Tempus? He sounds like a fine pig.
What a dumbass.
And mishearing an Ogrillion, thinking it's Minsc. "You mess with me, you mess with Boo!"
