Dead Eldoth is shocked, simply shocked that a breeze will no longer kill Xan, a light gust is now required. Eldoth is also pleased to not have to live with a happy little brownie. Looks like everyone is ready for much combat now, and less squishy for it (which means @LadyRhian is about to get super evil on you with deadly pirates or ghost pirates!)
With dreams of returning to buy the ring that lets Minsc see like Elf Hero, yet not making him small and frail as Elf Hero, Minsc steps out of the shop to give the Sword of Boo, +1, a whirl. Passers-by stay well clear of the near-raving lunatic with a sword too big for comfort as he shouts out at nonexistent evils and slays the imaginary menaces. The weapon is well-balanced and a joy to swing for Minsc, but it will clearly be better when evil is on the receiving end, meeting his new sword.

You're being kind and merciful. My bet is demon pirates from the Nine Hells
Why not both? Green Slime Demon Pirates From the Nine Hells for everyone!
No, just normal pirates (that are immune to magic weapons, aren't you glad you all got magic weapons.) And then when you retreat to your boat a Kraken appears and eats you all.
Ugh. I just woke up from a dream that literally left me enraged. Dad and I got home a little early, and he had to change, because it rained and he got soaked. Then I feel asleep and dreamt that while I was at work, my parents came into my room in the guise of "cleaning" it and completely rearranged it, with my computer stuff on the floor and all my books shoved everywhere willy-nilly. And when I complained, they were all, "You should be happy at what we did for you." And when I was still angry, they called in a Doctor to treat me because all that anger wasn't good for me. And he kept trying to give me unlabeled pills from his pocket, which I refused to take because I didn't know what the H**L they were. And then he tried to jab me with a needle filled with some strange stuff, which he claimed would give me telekinetic powers. And I said, "Hell no, because as angry as I am at this, with my parents going through my stuff, I'd end up killing everyone involved with my mind." They had also filmed this and put it up on youtube, including my meltdown anger when I found out about it.
I still feel angry, even knowing it was just a dream. "That's my secret, Captain. I'm always angry."
Okay, the time is here... The moon is dark and the small jollyboat is being rowed by two stout excise men from Saltmarsh. The two men. Corporal Ted and Private William, say that they will make the journey in darkness and pull up to the sea-side of the boat for you to make your climb. After you board, they will pull back and wait for a signal from you to approach once again. (such a signal will be a torch swung in a circle two or three times in succession. They suggest remaining quiet until all of you have boarded, as sounds carry far over the water.
Is there anything else you wish to do before embarking?
I'm loaded for bear with my stealthy new leather armor and extra healing potion, along with everything else I already had. And Happy Birthday to your dad. It was my dad's birthday today too.
"This is an excellent adventure, eh, Boo? Saltwater, waves, camaraderie. Steel on steel. Stuff of legends," Minsc proudly declared. Bill and Ted hissed for him to be quiet, reminding Minsc that they were now rogues, sneaking through the darkness to root (and stamp) out evil.

Alora is very excited ay meeting Bill and Ted but hopes it won't turn out to be a bogus journey.
Tamoko's spirit briefly appears to drag Edwin's ghost kicking and screaming, a coil of her whip around his ethereal neck, to her own particular slice of heaven.
Branwen sat quietly, sending silent prayers to her patron. She was just as excited to be off to another, no doubt, honorable fight. Though she didn't care much for all of this unwarrior-like sneaking around. It might work for other, but this was not how she fought. But she held her tongue, knowing that the time for sneaking would be over soon enough.
Okay, after a time, Imoen catches a glimpse of light across the water. It seems that something out there is signaling with a lantern. The two excise men exchange a grin and row as quietly as they can up to the seaward side of the boat. The ship has dropped anchor, at least temporarily, leaving you with the anchor chain to climb or Alora's rope, which snags perfectly on the taffrail of the ship.
Minsc doesn't fully trust the rowers, for the fact that there are two of them might mean that evil is afoot. Or a-sail. Regardless, boots were to be put to butts in liberal measure. After, of course, Minsc climbed aboard. "Minsc will lead with sword and boot," he told the others. "Boo will handle the details." With that, he began to ascend.
Minsc finds his new armor makes climbing somewhat difficult, but he overcomes it and climbs aboard. Currently, he is amidship, on the main deck. Ahead of him is the mast, a covered jollyboat, and slightly to his right, the wooden grating that covers the entrance to the hold, plus, a little beyond that, a rope ladder leading upwards into the darkness. To the far right is a ladder leading up to the poop deck.
