Fav Subject: Fantasy characters. Especially designing their outfits.
Not sure what you mean by the second one.
Favourite Pose Types would probably be Kung Fu poses, because A. there is lot's of ref material online B. they are very dynamic. But I usually stick to the character just standing there, because it makes it easier to design the clothes. I am also not good at coming up with my own poses >.>

I never really thought about ranking fics, actually ... like with visual mediums, the writing can differ very much without being better or worse (might as well ask me for my favourite drawing, I would just link you to my billion favs on deviantArt).
The worst I ever read though was one I found on Tumblr in the BG tag. Unlike other fics on that side, it wasn't in a spoiler tag and a WALL of text. No warnings either. ... so my curiousity got the best of me and I started reading. That entire story was SO filthy and so wrong, all I could think about was what kind of person could have possibly wrote this. It was like a car accident, I couldn't look away :'I
Years ago I found a short one shot of similar "quality" on fanfic.net, it was about the lich from the Crooked Crane.
I obviously can't (and don't wanna ...) share any details here, but these two fics are like the Blues Brothers if that movie had all things dirty about smut fics instead of rediculous stunts. And if the subject matter wasn't the Blues Brothers but Baldur's Gate.

Fav NPCs: Alora, but mostly because she reminds me of one of my best friends so much. Short and adorable. (She of course hates it, but that makes her just more adurable >.>) Aside from that Dorn (hot), Edwin (hot and hilarious), Sarevok (hot and interesting character), Viconia (compentent but tortured), Glint (because we are so much alike), Keldorn (he reminds me so much of my grandpa and is just awesome in so many ways). Runner ups are Xzar, Montraron, Xan, Jaheira, Aerie, Rasaad, Minsc (OF COURSE) .... I hope I am not forgetting anyone?
Fav Cheese: Butterkäse used to be my favourite waaaaaay back in my vegetarian days, today I like stronger cheeses better. Emmentaler is great, Höhlenkäse too. I generally like nutty tastes, but you can give me any type of cheese and I will DEVOUR it (except for maybe feta, because that one is so salty to eat pure :X [love it with spinach tho])

I am gonna answer this with something completely unrelated, that won't answer your question at all.
Your new avatar reminded me of dumb story I wrote back in 6th grade or so, that one also featured a blue cat with white wings. I even still have a copy of that story (no, I won't share it because it's emberassing and I am too lazy to translate it into English).
But since I know someone would ask anyway, here is an aridged version:
A girl named Xenia goes into her basement to get something from the food storage, the blue cat is there and steals the food. Then she hits her head or something and next thing she remembers is that she wakes up in some kind of castle. There is a bishi she falls in love with and also som random old wizard (the cat is his familiar or something) and then stuff happens I don't remember. It ends with Xenia waking up, realizing it was a dream after all. The next day she goes to school, she gets a new classmate who is - who' have thought - the guy from her dream (the boy, not the wizard ...). What a genius twist!

When a fight becomes too difficult for me, I like walking up just close enough to spam the enemies with fireballs without actually seeing them. But the highest difficulty I play on is normal and I played the BGs so often that I just skip a lot of fights via Ctrl+Y. If I care about XP, I keep my party alive via Ctrl+R (also useful to remove buffs from enemies). Yes, I cheat, sue me

It's also the only cake I throughly love to bake as well, still have the recipe I learned in school way back when. Though you may be apalled by the fact that I like to put raisins in it >.>
