Using his ninja skill, Valygar throws a pair of poisoned throwing daggers with his main hand at the gargoyle on top of Alora. They are aimed at the head of the gargoyle and Valygar hopes the daggers will hit its eyes and permanently blind it. Afterward, Valygar dashes toward Alora with the spear+3.
If she gets initiative Alora will run back out of the room (Boots of Speed! Boots of Speed!) and if she gets away from the gargoyles she will then drink her Potion of Healing.

Cernd mutters something about stones that shouldn't move, and then grabs the onyx dog figurine, figuring it might be useful in the situation, and activates it, tossing it towards where the mage and the thief was pinned.
None of you waste any heals on me at anytime that others still stand. This ring I wear (*regen*) will make sure I'm always as ready for battle as possible.
*Casts a pre-emptive dispel magic on the gargoyle as far from Edwin as possible, don't want to remove his protections, then move between the wizard and gargoyles, attacking the one closest to him*
Aerie casts improved invisibility on herself and then she'll start spamming single target offense spells. Melf's Acid Arrow, Flame Arrow, Magic Missile, etc.
Okay. Simultaneous initiative. In order, then. Keldorn bulls his way over to where Edwin has been fallen upon. His Dispel on the Gargoyle doesn't affect it and the Gargoyle rips Edwin apart with claws, bite and buffeting wings. Edwin falls to -9 in a single round and preserves his streak of dying first in every adventure. Kivan turns and slashes a gargoyle, hurting it, but it is already on Keldorn, ripping and tearing. Keldorn is hit by both claws for 4, total, and takes 3 from a wing buffet, for 7 total. Valygar misses with both daggers, and another Gargoyle turns on Keldorn, biting his weapon hand for 8 (-1 to hit). Cernd touches Edwin, healing 1 damage. Valygar is wing-buffeted for 6. Ajantis hits the same Gargoyle Kivan hit and kills it. Alora is leapt on by a Gargoyle and ripped into a bloody mass (14 damage, leaving her at -13). Branwen casts Holy Smite, killing three Gargoyles and wounding the others. Aerie casts Invisibility on herself. Skie is ripped into by a Gargoyle, taking 9 damage, total, and she kills it with a hit from the magic missiles from her wand.
These beasts have removed those most foul and unworthy, only the righteous will stand and fight on. Torm, guide my blade as I slay what remains here. Foul beings, attack me!!
OOC: well, at least they weren't hasted or anything... What type of regen does my ring provide? I'm assuming its not much, but maybe I gain a HP back soon? Oh, I'll aim for the gargoyle that hurt my hand.

Edit: I think this party can make a fortunate simply from the loots of dead party members. Life is very cheap.
