One thing I'd consider here is whether or not to place the punctuation like so, to reflect the collaborative nature of this publication:
The Wizards' Scroll
I also like the sound of The Wizard's One-Syllable-Word rhythm, so here's some more variations in that general tone, but sticking with The Familiar line of thought:
The Wizard's Pet The Wizard's Muse The Wizard's Fave The Wizard's Chum The Wizard's Bond The Wizard's Toll
The two last ones obviously relate to the lifebond between a wizard and their familiar.
I especially like The Wizard's Toll, hinting at that accidental constitution loss that happened when we failed at summoning our Familiar, and at our growing past it. It also recognizes the torment Tides of Numenera of modding IE. And maybe even enables us to place an ever-changing fake price tag on the front page, as a sort of a "mascot" such that does not require a dedicated artist.
The Evening Turnip Post The Monthly Turnip teh turnipo
And so I told my Uncle Jerome, that since I couldn't come up with a better name... Hmm, you know, my cousin Andrew has always had an impressive ability to suggest awesome names for anything you'd like. You see, I remember he once told me, that on his annual journeys to Baldur's Gate, he managed to give a very fine establishment it's very own name to differentiate it from the Inn's previous owner's. I think it was Swords and Helms, or Helms and Robes, you know, it was a long time ago, you see...
I have a panel of drunken sailor monkeys choosing their individual top 5. Any duplicates in thier lists will be part of the poll which will be released this weekend.
So if you have an amazing name like Anduin's Broken Kneecap or The Ferret Freedom Press, now's the time to mention it.

The poll will be going live on Saturday.
A great name but unfortunately a more truthful name would be Anduin's lost kneecaps, a common problem for most undead...
