*Anduin reluctantly stops scrying. After a fruitless search of Callus. The only interesting point of the day being when watching Harvey and Fiora, beautiful, charming, misguided Fiora, disappear through a tree. Anduin comes to a decision.*
No more leads. I cannot venture into the Abyss... Hell... Alone. The knight and his... Mistress... May have the information I need. Maybe.

I need help.

Plus I don't trust the current help...
*Anduin takes a remove curse from his collection and casts it. Finds a new secure location for his items. Sets a complicated spell to portal him to Fiora when he awakes. Resets his sequencers and sleeps the regret haunted sleep of a dreamer who nearly achieved his dreams.*
Ignatius scribbles down something in the thin air with the tip of his fingers. You can see the letters glowing and shifting in the dark, as the air around vibrates with some form of static electricity. When he's done, he casts a spell on it, and the letters and the information they convey seem to imprint themselves into a corner of your memory. You realize that it is but the record of the party's inventory, abilities and deeds.
What I mean is I've sent the Inventory-cum-Stats page to everyone via a PM.
Vaga grows aware of something coming and snaps out of trance in an instant. He opens his eyes and see a weasel. He speaks in a hushed voice to not wake anybody just yet.
"Hello there little weasel." Vaga greats the little weasel with all the courtesy his charisma can muster. "Now I wonder, are you a regular little weasel or a transmorphed one.. You see, we've seen plenty of that lately. Doppelgangers, gnomes acting as town clerics and lots and lots of druidic magic.. "
Vaga pulls out his little back, reaches in and pulls out his new best friend; a furry little rat. He carefully places the little rat in front of him, face towards the weasel. "Look, it's a friend. You wanna say hi? Saay hii to the little furry friend?" Vaga's voice is childlike and stupid, but he can't help himself. He carefully glances back and up at the others, he don't want them to see this side of him.
He slowly pets his rat and looks at the weasel, what is it up to? He also picks up some crumbles from old, stale bread from inside his loincloth and feeds the rat. He throws one of those crumbles towards the weasel. He takes the last piece and starts to chew on it slowly. They haven't eaten much lately, his belly is aching with hunger, but he has refused to eat today. He looks at the sky, it's late so it's probably the day after now. His fast is over and he can eat a little again.
While Vaga is speaking with the weasel, Guston gets up and wakes Ignatius, holding forth the cloak he found in the mansion that had been untouched by fire.
“Ignatius, can you identify this cloak for me?” he says, trying not to wake anyone. “Let’s just say I found this laying around...”
I decided to do what @lolien did and update my character stats on the first page of this thread. @Nimran I have actually been preparing cure spells because I assumed I have to. Are we playing like 3rd/IWD2 edition rules where a cleric can drop a prepared spell in exchange to spontaneously cast a cure spell? Edit: also, are you concerned about me leveling up my multiclass character one character class level at a time? I haven’t been paying attention to which class is which level. I just assumed both classes were at level 3 because it was easier. Once you give me an answer to both these questions, I’ll sort out the spells Guston has prepared.
@Nimran looks like I got ninja’d while I was editing: I assume you mean if I like, we could do the spontaneous casting? Also, did you read my question about multiclassing?

" 'Tis good that you considered identifying it, Especially after what happened with the cursed belt. I'll be happy to help, as far my skills permit, For more damage than a sword ignorance has dealt."

Ignatius discovers upon examining the cloak that it is the Wings of Flying. Upon speaking the command word, the wearer can transform the cloak into a pair of leathery bat wings that they can use to fly.
All right, so I rummaged the whole thread and found out all the items we have. Interestingly we have about 3900 GP with us, which is pretty nice. So everything is on record.
I've also calculated everyone's base saves and base attack bonuses (3E version of THAC0) and placed them in the document, for convenience of calculation. Also, I've put the ability modifiers in brackets beside the ability scores. By the way, @Nimran, can you please tell our Armour Classes once again so that I may place it there as well?
Now, as for the feats, if we are to implement them, I believe we get one feat at character creation (humans get an extra feat at character creation, so a total of two to start with) and an additional feat every 3 levels. So now, since we are at level 4 (effective character level), we all have either two or three feats each. So now, if it is decided to use feats, we only need to add them on the page (and I'll add any modifiers if applicable to the list), and so that's it.
“Well, well, well...” says Guston. “I wonder what we should do with this...”
At the next private opportunity away from Harvey and Emeril (just in case they feel a little jealous about their town’s leader), Guston will tell Vaga, Fiora, and Kaled what he found in the mayor’s burning bedroom. He will ask them each what they think we should do with it.
Vaga let's out a small sigh when the weasel gets scared off. He pets his rat some more and then put it back into the bag. He shuts his eyes again and goes back into his quasi-sleep, or "quasleep" as his instructor at the Order used to call it. Vaga waits for dawn and for the rest of them to wake up. He contemplates on their adventures. He pays special attention to analyzing the pit fall they encountered. He was lucky his reflexes made him jump over the pitfall just in time.. He flexes his fingers, feeling the muscle within retract and relax over and over again in a slow steady pace. "If it happens again and if I fall the next time, I will shove my hands and fingers so hard into the wall and soil I will stop, or at least slow down, my descent." Vaga thinks to himself.. he subconsciously reaches down and starts to rub his hands in the dirt, over pebbles and twigs, hardening the fingers, the nails, the skin itself, so it can withstand more and more.
This is for the monk's Slow Fall ability.
If we are going for Feats I would like to get disarm or knockdown feats (or both since we are level 4).
EDIT: Oh, so not always a rat? OK.. should I RP myself what I will pull out or do I get to draw and then you decide what animal comes out? You choose @nimran.

I moved the ring of jumping to Vaga. Looking at the list I feel Kaled should get all the rest of the items, he has too little items compared to the rest of us. He definitely should get all spell scroll at least.
Fiora’s AC is 20, Vaga’s is 18, Kaled’s is 12 without Shield, 17 with Shield, Guston’s AC is 14 with the Amulet of Protection, and Ignatius’ is 12 with the Force Shield Ring.
“Well, well, well...” says Guston. “I wonder what we should do with this...”

The night passes uneventfully, and morning comes. Harvey and Butter walk out of the tree and lead the party on. Eventually, the party reaches a small clearing. Harvey and Butter both stop, and Harvey walks up to a tree and starts talking to it in hushed tones. After a short while, he returns and says “Alright, I think I know of a way we can help my friends. Recently, a hag has moved in and started causing problems with the locals. We can help by clearing her out of here, although...” He looks back at the tree for a moment, then adds “You will have to do this on your own. The forest is adamant that you prove yourselves worthy of its trust.”
“So hold on, let me get this straight,” says Guston as a boils pops in his confusion. “You’re saying that the trees don’t trust us... so they want us to be alone in their midst without a Druid?”
Harvey shakes his head. “No, that would be silly,” he says. “I am to guide you to the hag, and you are to deal with her. The forest wants to know whether you are worth trusting. If you can prove yourselves, it will deem your town worth helping.”
"Very well, let's get on with it then. Perhaps this hag can be reasoned with, perhaps we don't have to resort to violence, but if we have to do it for the mission, then let's not wait."
"Lead the way Harvey, if you may." Vaga tries to rhyme "vey" with "may" and delivers the rhyme with the eloquence of a slaad reciting poetry.
Ignatius, sitting above on a tree branch, tries to identify the necklace with golden beads that they found earlier in the sorcereress' liar, in order to determine whether it has any magical properties, or if it is just a boring assortment of mundane gems and metal.
Comments
As Vaga is keeping watch, he notices the small form of a curious weasel. It is staring at the party and standing still, keeping its distance.

The weasel looks at Vaga curiously, and it cautiously approaches. However, it runs when Guston starts moving.
