"What did you find Guston and Khaled?" Vaga snaps out of his semi-trance and stands up again. Healed up by Nanna's spells and motherly care, he feels almost as new again. Broken and put together again in almost every fight since he met this motley crew, his new assortment of scars has broken his old tattoos into a messy jigsaw and patchwork of broken lines, symbols and texts. Some tattood sentences intercepted by scar tissue and others who has healed together in new places and stretched skin merge back into place by magical healing in a new order and placement. Vaga looked hideous befoet this adventure started and he now looks even worse. Only a mother could love such a man-baby, but fottunately for him, old Nanna has a place in her heart for him. He knows he would never have been alive if it hadn't been for her caring skills. He should tailor a new loincloth and gift it to her as a 'thank you'. Perhaps one made of hag-hair? Yes, that might be a suitable gift indeed, he thinks to himself. A bit morbid, but something tells me this gnome might like that.
He walks up to the hag and chews off a sizable part of her hair and tucks it down his cloth.
*Nanna overhears the conversation and stands looking up at the dragon, thoughtfully.*
I have a boon to ask of you young lady. A group of young orcs are heading towards a human town intent on it's destruction. They have no chance of succeeding. They will charge directly at the heavily defended stockade and die. Perhaps if you take us there we could persuade them to go home... If my friends agree. I would not ask you to fight them. I would have you change into a beautiful dragon than have you change, like I into a murderer.
Keeley looks down at Fiora and says “Oh, it was terrible, like being closed off from the rest of the world. I wouldn’t wish such a fate on anyone.”
Anduin: Diplomacy check: 2
Keeley looks over at Anduin and says “I don’t know... I’m not really very big. Not for my own kind, anyway. I probably don’t seem all that terrifying.”
Vaga hears Guston's shout and, since it could very well pose a danger, turns and heads back in as fast as he can. Leaving his question for the silver dragon hanging to be answered later. Vaga rushes to Guston's side and peers into the opening, looking intensively to see what's behind the (previously) hidden door.
"Things dear to people are protected well, And more so this chest, glistening bright. Dangers are hidden in its lock, I can tell, And may harm us if it's not fixed right."
Taking care not to step on the loose stone, Guston investigates and deciphers the trap mechanism on the chest. With deft precision, he disarms the trap.
Guston checks for more traps. If he doesn’t find any, he will try to unlock the chest (if necessary). Then he will open it. The. He will wipe the perspiration from his boily face.
Guston doesn’t find any other traps. He finds the chest locked.
Guston: Pick Locks check: 12+3=15
Guston picks the lock and opens the chest. Inside, he finds three large sacks filled with 500 gp each, as well as a faintly glowing bastard sword, a pair of rings that look exactly the same, and five spell scrolls. 1 scroll of Sleep 1 scroll of Darkness 1 scroll of Hold Person 1 scroll of Blink 1 scroll of Water Breathing
In case anyone is wondering how big Keeley actually is, she’s about the size of a large horse, which is not that big by dragon standards. Basically, she’s still kind of a kid, technically a young adult.
Kaled, on the other hand, does know what the glowing sword and rings are. The sword is a Sun Blade. This good-aligned sword is as light as a short sword, and thus anyone proficient with short swords can use it, but it looks and functions like a bastard sword. It is a +2 weapon, but against evil creatures, it becomes a +4 weapon. The wielder can also activate the sword’s ability to turn the soft golden glow of the blade into a bright light centered on it, though it takes concentration to maintain the light, and so it can’t be used as a weapon while in this state. Any evil creature attempting to use it in any way instead receives severe burns where the sword makes contact with its body.
One of the rings appears to be something called a Ring Gate, and Kaled can safely assume that the other ring is its twin. A small object can be pushed through one ring, and come out through the other ring, as though they were connected portals. This function works as long as the rings are within 100 miles of each other. Only objects weighing less than 100 pounds can be pushed through.

Too bad Vaga prolly weighs at least twice that, otherwise he could epic attacks by hooping through the ring if someone stealthy planted the twin ring close to an enemy.
We should trick someone into swallowing it then through edit: throw spells through the ring. Oh, that's nasty.. I feel kinda dirty just proposing that.
(Insect plague.. just saying. Or fireball. Or lightningbolt. Oh, so many options for less moral characters!)
I've updated the google doc with our new items. I think though we can keep all items under the headline "to be distributed" or "Shared stash" though, but for now I kept to the current template and added them under a new headline.
Vaga has little need for any of it, so you guys distribute it among yourselves. Khaled get the scrolls, the rings I dunno really, and the sunblade can't be used by anyone except Fi, so that seem to be tailor-made for her really. Our own little Mazzy
"Well my friends, take your pick.. or picks. There's nothing here for a monk. I could maybe use the sword to sharpen my teeth, but I see no use for these.. trinkets." The last comment is said as Vaga eyes the strange rings. Khaled's description of the rings cling to his mind and he cannot expel the wild idea that he would like to throw a punch through the ring, like throwing the ring in the face of an enemy and then stick his finger through the ring on his side and poke the enemy in the eye... but no, there's no honor in such crazy ways. Maybe the cleric could use it somehow? He ends his trail of thoughts there and wanders back out to the dragon again. He's curious of the magnificent creature, though smaller than the dragons he have heard about in his mother's tales she told him as young pup, she is still a magnificent being and Vaga feels compelled to just be in her presence for some reason.
Vaga spent many, many years as a worker back in his home. He was a middle-aged dwarf when he finally left his hearth and home and started wandering in search of purpose. He wandered as a mere commoner for years until he stumbled upon the monastery and enlisted there as a monk. He had spent years, decades, perfecting his arts; creating weapons of death and destruction from the purest metal, forged in intense heat and worked on for days until a single grain of hair would be cut in half by it's own weight upon tickling the edge of his axes, but he could never come close to perfection such as this dragon. Ay, 'tis a rare day indeed.
After the party sorts through their new items, Harvey says “Well, that’s the end of that, then. The hag is dead, and you’ve proven yourselves worthy of the forest’s aid, although it had to be convinced that a certain gnome wizard was a part of your group all along.” He glances over at Anduin before continuing. “The animals and spirits will go to your town’s aid when the right time comes. Obviously they can’t go now, since they would then have to deal with scared civilized folks with no common enemy to fight, but they’ll go. Our business here is done. Now then...”
He walks over to a nearby tree and casts the same spell the party saw him cast in Callus. A portal opens within the tree. He then turns to Keeley and says “You are free to do as you wish, as all living things should be. I hope to see you again someday.” He motions for the party to enter the portal.

*Nanna sits down sadly at the cave entrance.*
Perhaps I ask too much.
"I'm so glad we were able to help you! I can't imagine not being able to touch anything."
Keeley looks over at Anduin and says “I don’t know... I’m not really very big. Not for my own kind, anyway. I probably don’t seem all that terrifying.”
It was worth asking. I am honoured that you considered it.
"Eehh.. ho there, dragon." He notice noone is scared of the dragon and he absence of batte. "Who is our new shiny friend?"
Ignatius spots what looks like a triggering mechanism on the chest’s lock, as well as a loose stone in the floor in front of the chest.

Oh, just realized I tagged your char names and not your account names. Ah nevermind.
Ignatius can’t figure out what these items are or what they can do just by looking at them.

"Bye Keeley! See you later!"
*Wow* she thinks to herself. *Friends with a dragon* Fiora can't help but giggle.
