Well my one hope for Adventure Y (I'm a man of simple pleasures) is that we finally find out what's behind this gate and why the Flaming Fist Enforcer has been instructed to not let anyone through...this has plagued me every time I've played BG....I just want to peek through the damn gate!
The area can be seen in the original NW BG map, but it wasn't accessible because you always arrived from the middle. The Enhanced Edition made it reachable and added a guard so there would be something there besides a couple of empty containers.
If they do have charm dialogue I kind of hope they also add in an item or something that you can use to charm that doesn't cause hostility when it ends.
I expect that with the nearing release of Pillars of Eternity the activity in other threads will slow down a bit.
Of course, the developers can easily change it, especially taking into account the spring has come:)

So basically it's waiting for a beamblog update and hoping for the best!
