If you have Hexxat use her blood drain special against a female humanoid while she's unarmed and not wearing Dragomir's Cloak, her suppressed vampiric abilities awaken and her unarmed strikes are replaced with vampire claws, which deal more damage, attack twice a round, and drain the target's level if they fail a saving throw against death.
This lasts for up to two hours, or until she puts on Dragomir's Cloak, at which point she reverts to normal.

You can see this occasionally. If the trees catch your party mates, your only hope is an old fellow in a blue jacket and yellow boots who knows how to control the trees.
If you ask the Fate Spirit in the pocket plane really nice, it will return Yoshimo to you as a joinable character. Unfortunately he will be a zombie because he's been dead for so long. He moves at half speed and can no longer hide in shadows because he smells too bad but he has a new special ability to set "Zombie Traps" that cause the victim to take 2d8 "Rotting Damage" for eight rounds (no save).

The stone to flesh spell is much more useful than most people realize.

Annoyed by those pesky sling users? Cast stone to flesh on them and their bag of bullets turn from deadly projectiles into chunks of harmless flesh.
After several days of hard fighting and exploring the wilderness or deep dungeons do you find yourself low on provisions? Cast stone to flesh on some pebbles and roast them over a fire. The taste varies on the type of stone. Sandstone is a bit crumbly and dry like jerky, mica is a bit meatier like a steak, obsidian is like sliced deli meat.

The reason for only 10% chance is the very low INT score they have, only few of them know how to write.

The effect is generated in a very clever way, every 1/5 of second the engine send to the screen a soft porn image, or an image of a beatiful sunset or other pleasant images for a subliminal effect**. If a toon drink all the dope potions is removed from the party and sent to a temple for 1 month, game time, to recive therapy of disintoxication. If all five NPCs drink a potion at the some time they begin a rave party that lasts 1 ingame day, charname lose control over them. After that they kill charname to steal party's GP and buy other dope.
But be warned, if you try the trick you permanently lose 10 REP on this board!***

If you're playing a Paladin and you have very high Charisma and Strength, you can intimidate/charm Firkraag into handing over the Carsomyr +5 without a fight for 64,000 XP. If you're really cheap, you can then kill him for another 64,000 XP.

"Fuller House" (the soon to be released show on Netflix) was originally going to include Fuller from Candlekeep in its cast. After casting issues he decided to take a pass on the show, though they kept his name there anyways.
If you "Charm" the Gnoll Chieftain in the Gnoll Fortress battle and keep him alive till all the other Gnolls are slain, then render him "unconscious" with unarmed combat. Then when he wakes up Charm him again and he will hand you a key that actually lets you get INSIDE the Gnoll Fortress.
There you will find, among other wonders, a statue of their God. And also an entire room fulll of sausages of various kinds. Which you DO NOT want to investigate... Believe me!
