Sarevok is a HUGE Thibbledorf Pwent fan ( I just know I misspelled that). He modeled his own spikey armor and fighting style after Pwent. By bear hugging opponents and shaking them until his spiky armor tears them apart. BG was just too limited on animations to show properly.

He comments that you seem to be the world travelling sort. Therefore, he won't take up your time.

If you go to Spellhold quickly enough, Irenicus didn't take over yet and Imoen will still remember her name when you first talk to her.
If you have Minsc in the party, you can find the potion of Hamster strength. It sets your strenght to 30 for eight hours.
There is a lost girl in the docks. If you attack her, you get one of the best weapons in the game. Make sure you are well prepared, it's the hardest fight in SoA. I don't think it's possible to kill her without level 9 spells and several planetars.
There is an entrance to a secret garden on level 3 of the Durlag's Tower dungeon where you can pick Pumpkins of Major Healing. With a high enough INT and CHA you can cut them into various monster faces and sell them to a merchant in the southeastern part of Baldur's Gate. The pumpkin area is only accessible on October 31.

All the girls have one of the best "weapons", a weapon that gives them complete control even on the toughest (male) warriors, the lost ones are only a little more inclined to use that "weapon" without any moral concern, this make them so dangerous .
If you finish ToB with a custom party of 3 male and 3 female inquisitors and have them cast first Dispel Magic and then True Sight within the first two rounds of the final battle, you will see that the end boss is actually Saemon Havarian.
If you keep the Helmet of Opposite Alignment till ToB, you will have the option of forcing it onto the head of the solar and then she will help you slay Ao and take over his job instead.

I swear that I used that exact order more then one time, but I never got the special dialogue, my game must have some bug
