Arkanis hits the wolf, nearly chopping it in half. A moment later, Minsc does the same thing in a different direction. Blood sprays from the quartered wolf.
"Raven!" The madman calls. "You bastards! Ill kill you all!"
A disturbing thought occurs to Alora: "What if we are all illusions? Maybe we are just figments of someone else's imagination? Maybe none of us are here and this isn't really happening?"
"Alora!" Aerie knelt and held the halfling's shoulders firmly. "We are all here. We are real. Don't get lost in the maze of your own mind, or you'll wander into dark corners."
