My thanks, but I am uncertain to be in debt to clergy different from my own.
Can you elaborate on where it is that you believe that we can raise such a sum if money? I do not wish do anything unlawful while I am here. The order would frown on such actions.
Unlike you girl, I follow a strict code of conduct. I am grateful for the assistance that the clergy is offering, but I must be certain that the cost isn't too high.
I am sure the cleric understands this more than you do as they also follow a strict dogma and would not want to be cornered into doing something that does not benefit Silvanus.
"Alora. Alora!" Aerie gently placed her hands upon her shoulders and eased her spirits. "It's all right; you're not going to explode. The clerics will heal you, all will be well..."
She took a few deep breaths, hoping Alora would do the same. At the same time, she shot a warning glare at Anomen from the corners of her eyes, wordlessly ordering him silent. Even Aerie could be sneaky and scathing when she tried.
The Priestess looks from Alora to Anomen and smiles a bit. "There was a hold about 25 miles from this very castle once upon a time. Its name, or so they say, was Quasqueton (Kwas-Kweh-ton is how it is pronounced). It was the hold, in the old days, of a mage and his companion, a fighter, who defeated a mighty dragon. But one day, they left to take on a new threat in a distant land, and were not seen or heard from again. The location of Quasqueton was lost to rumor and suspicion. But in that keep, it is said that the mage happened upon a magical nexus, and a room of pools, one of which was said to have healing properties. I wish you to gather me a flask of the liquid from that pool. Would you be willing to do this?"
"That is fine." The priestess said. "Meet me back here in two days, and I shall give you further information." So saying, she casts Cure Disease on Alora and Anomen first, then uses a scroll to cure Minsc. You all feel the itchiness and wooziness abate and then vanish completely within a few minutes.
"What, pray, would you charge for a spell of silence for our self-righteous blow-hard?" It didn't seem strange, at all, to Jaheira, that she was now taking the side of Alora. From one point of view, it was a matter of the balance, but, from another, it was simply because he was so bloody annoying. Whatever the reason, Jaheira could not have cared less, even if she had tried.
Then it is agreed. We shall return with a flask from that pool after we find the boys father.
Perhaps it may also be a good idea, before we head there to purchase empty flasks for ourselves. Having access to pools containing magical benefits may behoove this group.
"Thank you, my Lady." Aerie bowed her head in thanks, before sweeping her gaze about her party members. "Is everyone ready? Shall we return, or is there something else we might do in the castle, while we are here?"
I want to look around the market and see how many flasks can be had for 300 sp. The priestress wants just one flask, but no one said we cannot bring as many flasks with us as we like. I think 10 flasks would be a good number, but something tells me the merchants here would charge around 300 gp just for one lousy bottle.
Bheannhe, seeing Jaheira in the group, agrees to sell you ten flasks for 200 sp and Jaheira's collection of fungi and spores.. As they are glass, she advises you to pack them in some kind of wrapping and padding to insure they survive your journey unscathed.
Jaheira is disappointed that Anomen wasn't able to be silenced, but this was tempered by her successful sale of the spores. Unfortunately, none of her knowledge of nature was proving helpful in the dungeon, but she couldn't give up now.
Why'd you purchase them now? We still have to find Culum's father before departing for these mystic pools. You'll all just end up breaking the flasks before we even reach the killer fish pool. Return them or ask the merchant to hold onto them. The sheer irresponsibility of his group is astonishing. And we do not have time to daddle in the market, we are now on a strict time limit to repay the clergy.
Aerie didn't really like that Anomen was hammering on her group, but he did have a point about the flasks, and about Culum's father.
"There are... Eight of us here?" She did a quick headcount. "That's one flask for each of us, and two for two of us. If we disperse them accordingly and add some padding, they should be fairly safe. Although if the merchant is willing to hold on to them for us, it might be preferred we do that instead."

Alora is hyper-ventiltaing. Her fingers, toes and lips are going numb.

Before she goes she would also like to buy a new set of lock picks and some more chocolate cake if she has enough money.
OOC: We probably should cast healing and rest before we venture back. I think we are al down 4 hit points from the explosion.

She looked to the herbalist for confirmation.
