Alora will go to the door and check for traps and see if it is locked. Then she will wait for the party to get into its battle formation before opening the door.
The door is not locked. When Alora cautiously opens the door, she can see the same floor pit that she found earlier. Is she going to try and disarm it again?
We already know what's on the other side of the trap. No use fumbling with it. Perhaps the magical pools are some how underneath the icy cold water. . . or perhaps, there is something that we missed on the other side of the water there.
Alora finds she can barely disarm the trap. +20 xp for Alora. This leads into a long corridor that meanders from east to west and back and comes out into a corridor leading to a last cavern. This one is sort of stomach-shaped with a large statue carved of black stone in it (The same black stone that makes up the caverns around you). The carving is of a male humanoid figure, incompletely carved so that race is impossible to tell, with a featureless face and arms outstretched, pointing at the entrance that you came to. The arms are posed as if pushing something.
Aerie, intrigued by the statue, walked over to examine it. After waiting to see if Alora detected any traps near her, she places her palms against the statue's. She was trying to get a sense of its purpose, though one quick glance at herself, and she knew that she looked incredibly silly.
"I brought some stone chips from the room with the stone ball," Alora remembers. She gets the chips out of her pocket to see if they are the same substance as the statue.
There is no reaction from the statue to the touching or the stone chips (which are *not* Black, btw. The chips are sort of milky-colored and sparkle in the light). Arkanis recognizes the chips as Mica.
Jaheira shook her head at Aerie, remarking, "Somebody seems curious about touching a man." Such things were only natural, but people made a huge deal about them.

OOC: Oh gods, if I could like your post more than once, I would.
"Th-Th-That's not it at all!!" Aerie screamed, and instantly regretted it when she heard her own voice echo back at her off the cavernous walls. Sheepish and blushing, Aerie lowered her arms to her sides and gazed intensely at her own shoes. Hmm, she had a new scuff on her left boot. When had that happened?
"I'm stumped," she says. "We've looked everywhere and we haven't found a pool. And I don't know what this statue is for. Does it turn round on its base? Maybe it's one of those statues that you have to turn round a point to a secret door and then the door opens?"
Alora attempts to swivel the statue on its plinth.
"Of course it isn't," Jaheira facetiously agreed, for she'd caused Aerie far more distress than she'd suspected. Hadn't the girl all but swooned over Anomen, of all people? Jaheira shuddered inwardly at that thought, but kept the reason to herself.

Alora hands the bottle Neera to see if she knows what it is.
Alora goes into the room to check for traps, secret doors and hidden treasure.
OOC: Calling it now, this statue is a golem and is going to kill us.
Edit: Also if Aerie looks silly then we'll look silly together

"I mean, if we wanted to touch a man we could always poke Anomen~."
Neera prances over to Anomen and pokes him on the forehead.
A den of stinking evil. Cover your nose Boo! We will leave no crevice untouched! Make way evil! I'm armed to the teeth and packing a hamster!
And immediately goes to the nearest way up.
"We should go back upstairs and finish searching there," says Alora "I'm pretty sure we didn't search all the rooms up there."
