At least he knows a bit about the game. I saw some other dude, who couldn't even find the pause-key : o
But it was entertaining anyway : )

Yeah... I so regret not being able to pre-order this or buy it right on release. I'm very hyped. I wish I had it badly.

I've been watching that lets play. The amount of dialogue options is pretty impressive and I like how you can get lots of dialogue options based on your abilities. Reminds me of Arcanum in that sense. Plus the writing comes across as being very descriptive as well.

That said any idea though why there are only 5 deity choices for priests? The wiki lists 11 different gods.

I haven't seen any of the LP's, but from the PaxEast video, the Choose Your Own Adventure sections look pretty rad. What a *novel* approach! :|

I just hope this game actually runs on my laptop. All my specs meet the minimum except it only has a 1ghz processor. I haven't had any trouble running most stuff. Wasteland 2 runs pretty well with the textures turned down, same with D:OS. I guess worst case I play it on my Mac, but I really prefer sitting on the couch!

Review embargo is over and the game is getting absolutely glowing reviews. You done good Obsidian, you done good...

So I am at work and won't be able to play till like 8 p.m. A full 8 hours after release.

    Pity me.
  • proccoprocco Member, Mobile Tester Posts: 915
From the reviews so far it sounds like Obsidian hit it out of the park! Can't wait to get home from work and load it up.
