My concern is that if I've been missed of the 'who should get badges' list, I might have been missed of the 'who should receive a copy SOD CE collector's edition'
Please can you look into this (um... ASAP).
Ps. When I log in I CAN see access to my digital copy of the game and soundtrack, but.... Please just re-assure me that after waiting all of this time for the physical goodies, I am on track to get them...

Hello. I'm expatriate living in Tokyo since 1991. Just this morning local time (about an hour ago as of this writing), I received my Siege of Dragonspear Collector's Edition Box. Having heard that shipments to the EU had only just arrived, I wasn't expecting it anytime soon in my part of the world. Well done, Beamdog. Thank you.
I've only just opened it and looked through the contents. Everything looks and feels great, meeting a high standard of craft and quality as far as I can tell. The Field Guide, the coin, the medallion, the dice (at least at first look and feel), the case, the Adventurer's Guide--this would have been a deluxe production by the standards of 15-20 years ago, let alone now. Congratulations to Beamdog. Thank you again. Worth every Yen, and I haven't yet installed the game itself. Looking forward to playing, even more so when it comes out on iOS. 8~} I'm already looking forward to what you do next. Keep up the good work.

But Beamdog isn't the company shipping it. Spiral Galaxy Games is the company shipping the Collector's Edition.

I am so excited for my copy! I was away last weekend with the family, including two toddler nieces, so it basically felt like an eternity Timestop, and when I got back I felt like 'where is my shipping confirmation'. Then I realized it had only been 5 days. xD
Got mine today. :-) I'm happy about the high quality! I really like the Adventure's Guide, Field Report and the Cloth Map (so much better than the PoE one!). Thank you!
The mailman woke me up early today, for a good reason. The CE finally arrived in my home in Brittany (France), and it is as wonderful as expected. It is the first CE game i ever bought (and i buy videogames for 15years now), and it was worth the wait. Thank you to everyone involved in its production.
First thing I did was check the condition of the box itself, in particular the corners, since in my experience those are weak spots. All seems to be in flawless condition though! Still sick, so full unboxing will commence once I have eliminated the possibility of accidentally coating the glorious goodies in sneezed-/coughed-up germs and phlegm...
