The Dark Knight trilogy. I die a little inside whenever I hear someone call it the definitive batman movies.
I agree - although I like the trilogy, it is an attempt to make Batman's story more "real" , like they did with the X-Men trilogy. More realistic doesn't necessarily mean "more exciting" or canon.

It really says something when "more real" entails "spending 1/3 of the first movie training in Tibet to be a ninja".
Seriously, I can't stand them in any kind of story settings. Ranging from kindergardens all the way up to universities. Be it in web novels, light novels, anime, manga, movies, or games. Worst kinds by far are the teenager plots... *ugh*
The Beatles. Overplayed, overhyped, over it. They did a couple good songs -- Rain comes to mind -- but those are never played. I grew up listening to my dad's records of blues, jazz, and early rock and roll. The Beatles sound tepid in comparison.
@FinneousPJ: I blackmailed one of your groupies. Apparently she wanted to snap a picture, so she broke into your house on Monday (because it was Martin Luther King Day) to get a good shot.
By the way... you might want to steer clear of the poppy seed muffins in the basket they sent you. I think the ladies spiked them with roofies again. Just stick with the blueberry ones.
Twitter. And Facebook. But especially Twitter. Because Twitter is evil. Like a rooster who won't shut up when you want nothing more than to sleep for 24 hours more. That's really evil of you, Twitter! And the same goes for you as well, Facebook! Both of them are evil!

But then, I'm not really a fan of superhero films in general, tbh, and feel that there are too many these days.
In truth though
wizardsmages can't be trusted. Ever.Even kid's cartoons got their share.
Aah the days of Bloodhound, Warchild and ADAM X THE XTREME...

Nobody likes Nicolas Cage

Those ones are mine.
I mean it's fine...I just don't get the hype (and I've watched all its episodes).
