The Dark Knight trilogy. I die a little inside whenever I hear someone call it the definitive batman movies.

I agree - although I like the trilogy, it is an attempt to make Batman's story more "real" , like they did with the X-Men trilogy. More realistic doesn't necessarily mean "more exciting" or canon.

It really says something when "more real" entails "spending 1/3 of the first movie training in Tibet to be a ninja".

Finally, someone else who doesn't think Dark Knight is the best film ever!

But then, I'm not really a fan of superhero films in general, tbh, and feel that there are too many these days.

Tbh, I tend to dislike the movie industry for trying to make every single comic book adaptation DARK AND GRITTY.

That's is a 2000's trend. Most marvel-dc movies from 90's were produced for kids to watch and buy their toys.

Wut? Super hero comics reached an all time high of edgy in the 90s ._.
Even kid's cartoons got their share.

The comics yes but the movie adaptations less so.

Aah the days of Bloodhound, Warchild and ADAM X THE XTREME...

The Beatles. Overplayed, overhyped, over it. They did a couple good songs -- Rain comes to mind -- but those are never played. I grew up listening to my dad's records of blues, jazz, and early rock and roll. The Beatles sound tepid in comparison.

    Rick and Morty.

I mean it's fine...I just don't get the hype (and I've watched all its episodes).

Twitter. And Facebook. But especially Twitter. Because Twitter is evil. Like a rooster who won't shut up when you want nothing more than to sleep for 24 hours more. That's really evil of you, Twitter! And the same goes for you as well, Facebook! Both of them are evil!
