Quick question, I got the same invalid error @Demiurge is getting, so I uninstalled every mod but when I tried to re-install the NPC project i get an error message in Weidu, I'm not sure if I did something wrong so I'm reinstalling BG:EE at the moment in the hopes that that fixes things.
@AstroBryGuy seem like there is another problem with the mod not a breaking one but seem like it repeat itself, there are no word on the button that say continue:
I saw it just in those dialogs where the npc mod is active, but maybe it is a game issue I'll keep looking on that, tho as he said it functional. Hoo and it not all the time
Same problem here, but im pretty sure i get it in dialogues that are caused by the NPCMod! Just created an account to say the following: Thanks for the great work guys, you are my heros.
- Is the old music pack compatible with this? If so, should the music pack be installed before or after the NPC project?
Yes, the BG1NPC Music Pack is compatible with BG1NPC v21 pre-release. It can be installed before or after BG1NPC.
Does anyone have an up-to-date link for the music pack (Mac compatible)? I've tried googling it but there seems to only be a really old page where the "download is no longer on the server"

The one on Gibberlings3 has an old version of sox and WeiDU. This version is updated to work on OSX v10.9 (Mavericks).
@AstroBryGuy Is there an ETA on when the journal entries will be updated? I realize that's probably a dangerous question to answer with how ... let's be polite and say "passionate" ... BG fans can be, so if you answer with "no comment" I'll understand.

No comment. :-)
I'm working on it, but there's a few hundred journal commands to sort out.
The non-quest journal entries should be working. It's the quest ones that don't work yet.
There's a little typo in the Ajantis romance: in Love Talk 28, after your heritage has been revealed in Candlekeep, which begins "CHARNAME, I seek your forgiveness etc".
The 2nd pane begins "I felt like my feet where pulled off the ground" but it should, of course, be *were rather than 'where'.
I think I'm using the most recent version of the mod, but if I'm not and this has already been sorted then don't mind me
Well, I just encountered some MAJOR problems using the Xan romance component of the Project.
Within moments of picking up Xan, he reeled off a succession of romance lines, which seemed to be out of order and behaved as if we had already been well entrenched in the romance. His lines repeatedly interrupted the interrogation of Mulahey, causing him to say each of his lines more than once. Within mere moments of having just picked up Xan, he decided that things would be best if he left, and he disappeared, taking with him the equipment that I had just stocked him with. On top of that, when Mulahey would say his final line (the one where he calls his minions to attack), the game would crash. I had saved the game just before Mulahey says his final line, so I reloaded a couple times, but the game would again crash each time that I reloaded. Ultimately, one of the reloads didn't crash and I proceeded with killing Mulahey, but his "minions" never showed up to aid him in the battle.
Here are a few screenshots below, to better illustrate what happened:
@SharGuidesMyHand - Do you have a save game I could look at? I'm guessing that there is an issue with Xan's romance timer. It must not be getting reset, so it's constantly expired and firing romance dialogs.
Actually, I might want to take a look at the XANJ.DLG file in your override folder too.
EDIT: Actually, I wonder if Xan is having issues with his interjection in the Mulahey dialog and somehow his romance dialogs are firing...
Was the first thing Xan said to Mulahey...
Spoiler
Peculiar, that I can almost empathize with my captor, now that I am not in chains. Almost, but not quite, for if we do not overwhelm him quickly, he will doubtless summon hordes of kobolds. They infest this warren, like maggots infest moldy bread. We do not stand a chance against such odds.
Sound interesting when I'll get to the mines I'll get Xan too see if it happen to me as well.
I wasn't able to recreate @SharGuidesMyHand's bug, but I did find a different Xan bug. He'll become neutral during his interjection with Mulahey. It's a simple fix, so I'll get that uploaded to GitHub tonight.

No, this is actually how the entire string of dialogues began (I must have overlooked this screenshot when posting the ones above):
As you can see, Xan did appear to respond to Mulahey, but not with anything that seemed relevant, and then Mulahey repeated his line again afterward.

The attachment below includes a series of saves spanning from just before I picked up Xan through his exit, and also the override file.
On the plus side, I still have Ajantis to look forward to.
I doubt that there was going to be much future between Xan and my Amazonian barbarian anyway. ;-)
@AstroBryGuy Ok I didn't got that bug that @SharGuidesMyHand have but after the talk with Mulahey which Xan give the right dialog he is frozen and can't move nor do anything is that suppose to happen ?

Sorry i should have taken a screenshot, it just reeled off a load of nonsense then suggested that i didn't have bg:ee or tutu installed.
I think i must have corrupted something when individually uninstalling mods though, after a re-install it seems to be working fine

The Windows one works for me, but only after I installed the NPC Project. I haven't tried the MAC/Linux links.

Again not game breaking and I am continuing with a previous savefile after reinstalling BG:EE and all the mods i had.
