Mordoc SeLanmere (Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II) and Legate Lanius (Fallout: New Vegas) are both voiced by the same bloke: Mitch Lewis. Both characters are also quite cool.
The first two times you talk to The Great Gazib, The Amazing Oopah that appears is considered an innocent so you will lose reputation if you manage to kill him (before he explodes on his own).
unless i'm super mistaken or I missed a part in its description, the staff of magi restores used up spell slots on melee hit.
@SirBatince It doesn't work quite like that. No spells are restored from melee hits, but the staff can cast Spell Trap, which absorbs hostile spells and uses them to restore your spells.
When traveling to the gnoll forest in BG1, the regular route is to go west of Naskell and then south across the river.
However, the west edge of the cloudpeaks mountain map, the one with the dead cat and the dryad, connects directly to the fortress at a small section, just south of centre.

Makes me wonder why the route I always took isn't the "regular" one.
@MacHurto As a (maybe) somewhat important side note: The wand-trick only works when the person you sell to doesn't have the wands you give to them in stock beforehand. If he does, your wands will have as many charges as the ones he'd sell you and cost as much (obviously).
So make sure that you don't sell to (for example) Sorcerous Sundries, if he has that wand already.

Marl, the grieving father from Feldenpost Inn, has 50+ HP. Found out the hard way when my evil ST19 orc decided to teach him a lesson with his bare fists. Didnt go as expected.
Maybe we could have a Mod with the possibility to have him join?
Some rare instances in BG2 have dialogues where your PC's race is automatically implemented into the dialogue itself. What's really cool however is this process actually works with some EEkeepered enemy races as you can see in this screenshot. Pretty funny. I had to double-check and try to remember if they had always said this before.
In the Kuo-Toa cave in the Underdark, you can't sacrifice Wilson to Demogorgon when asked for an animal sacrifice. That is either inconsequential gameplay or a hint that Wilson isn't actually a bear.

In fact, the sacrifice area is scripted to take ANY creature that is not in the party. This even includes enemies, neutrals, familiars, and even NPCs that are not currently in the party (so you could, for example, kick someone, say, Anomen out of the party and they would fulfill the sacrifice requirement if they stand by the statue).
When I reached that altar, I had Hexxat cast her summoning ability, because I thought it would summon wolves... but it turned out to be shadows. Worked anyway.

But this weekend I've found out that the "Jovial" soundset is made by Jim Cummings! Jim. Cummings. YYYYEEEAAAH!
So 2 soundsets that are added by SoD are by Warner and Cummings! What wonderful choices these are!
Well i'm mistaken. what a surprise.

he's definitely been adventuring, the hypocrit.
