Just for fun. And for all you smart butts out there, no, humans do not count :P
Also, please specify in the comments.
PS: Only real life animals please, miniature giant space hamsters do not count :P

Though I'd really want to be a unicorn of course.
I would be a wolf who eats deer!
Agelessly floating around and eating is my job!
I've shared my love for ravens before: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/558670/#Comment_558670
Also, Odin likes them!
I think I would either like to be an octopus or a mantis shrimp. I would want to be a manits shrimp mainly just to see what it would be like to have those awesome eyes. Octopus probably wins, though, for its mobility and other neat features.
So I think reptile would be most fitting followed by bird.
I could do a pole dance as a cat. Would that work?
Yes and no. https://askabiologist.asu.edu/questions/birds-dinosaurs-reptiles
Is confusing. Maybe 'other' was best.
What is this sh*t?
FINE. I'll be a T-Rex Deer (aka a Kangaroo)
Or a koala. They are adorable.
like the one cat I have in my house, her name is Socks, and all she does is sleep all day, and then eats 3 small meals a day, and every once in a while she gives me affection and then she goes away when she has enough
that would be the dream animal I would love to be
They're like super adorable but also stealthy and cool.
Side note,
My next 3.5/Pathfinder character is probably going to be a Kitsune Rogue 2/Druid 2/Bard 6/Fochlucan Lyrist X character that I've been working on. Foxes are cool!
But what would you sound like?
Of course there's always cat but i'd only make that choice if I could also choose my "staff" , there're lots of people that don't treat their pets right.
Bagheera kiplingi is the world's only mostly vegetarian spider, living primarily on nectar--like a butterfly! It's also notable for the fact that the males take care of their young, unlike other spiders. Nursery spiders, meanwhile, have the unique habit of tying up their mates in silk.
Of course, that's only to avoid getting eaten after coitus. It's self-defense, I swear!
I don't find it confusing, and I prefer phylogeny!

Edit: FOXES ARE TOO CUTE
