    Music helps me, mostly Bruce Springsteen. His music reminds me that we all have times in our life, but that we all have the strength - even if we don't think so at the time - to rise above whatever is dragging us down.

    The sound of rain and my youtube playlist of people calmly reading poetry. And drawing. Except when I'm drawing professionally and customers don't want me to draw just dragons and mushrooms. Sigh...

    Also the soundtracks to the first two Ecco the Dolphin games. Which is rather strange considering that the games themselves could stress me to an early grave. My goodness, the trauma...

    I also enjoy watching videos of people attempting to recreate the methods of survival that our ancestors practiced. I can get lost for hours, going from one to another. Making fire, hunting with bow and arrows, building mud huts, tanning leather. I find it all fascinating.
