@billyyank Hah. There's a guy named Mr. Whipple near the outhouse (in the top left corner of the FAI- hard to find) that will give one some special advise on dealing with the above mentioned bears.
Bhaal didn't sire all those children because he knew his death was coming. Prior to his end, what Bhaal realized is that after all those years of being the Lord of Murder what he really wanted was to be the daddy of a big, happy family.
TSR was in fact an insurance company. Their most popular product covered Accidental Death & Dismembering, or AD&D for short. The newer insurance policies of WotC also deal in non-accidental deaths due to the sudden rise of its new CEO, Mr. Bhaal. Thus the classic model got renamed into D&D.
DId you know that there is actually a dragon in Nashkel mines? You can find him in hidden level below Mulahey's base. Entrance is near a ghoul. You'll find copper dragon there. Surprisingly enough, the dragon is Neutral Evil.
Jierdan Firkraag is the only dragon whose full name is revealed in-game. The full names of some other BG dragons include: Tim Nizidramanii'yt, Bernie Abazigal, Carol Adalon and Paul "The Party Animal" Saladrex.
If you find and keep all ten books in the series "History of the North 1-10" and bring them to Cespenar, he will (for 666 GP) create the Tome of the North which, once per day, can be used to cast Protection from Cold on the entire party.

Gorion can be saved from his death, but only if you cast Protection From Evil on him. The AC boost this gives him causes Sarevok to miss on what would have otherwise been his final attack. This gives Gorion the time to cast another Magic Missile (which kills Sarevok).

Do this with a Con dump wizard with Bane cast on yourself. This will make the bandit archers kill you while Gorion lives. This let's you play as Gorion for the game.
Sadly the devs didn't change any of the following game to reflect this, so I recommend downloading the Gorion Warded mod.
There is secret ending to ToB. And no, I don't mean "everytime you die because technically it *is* an ending":
before final test in Pocket Plane, you can talk to Melissan there, when she reveals her plane and one of dialogue options is to offer to be her right-hand general or something; if your Charisma is over 20, she agrees and you get unique final cutscene.
Voice artist Melissa Disney(TM) is owned by the Walt Disney Corporation who hold majority rights over all of her professional work. As a result of this, Imoen's part in the games is technically a "guest appearance" by a Disney character.

90% of ISIS members have also smoked reefer and lied to their friends about being virgins.

I guess that was after 2nd edition took all out all the names that inc. devils, demons, assassins, and half-orcs, so would make sense.
Demogorgon
at the bottom of the dungeon. Instead, the developers intended for the Imprisoned One to be a high-ranking baatezu from the Nine Hells.
For some reason, though, they felt that Demogorgon was a more intimidating name than "Priapus, Master of Baator."
Two-headed baboon fiend with those floppy 'tentacles' was way better.
