Uhm, but Shades aren't on GithHub, at least not the official download. And these are only there if you have a mod on GH. (Overriding them don't change anything)
EDIT: oh, unless this is an offtopic and you have those in Dark Side package and some other mod (not Shades) already unpacked along with those files. Then you do not need to worry you may override those, those have nothing to do with the mod itself

No indeed, I downloaded both mods independently, they are not part of a single installation package, but those files we are talking about were already present in other mods and I didn't know if they were optional.
