It is rumored that somewhere in the city of Athkatla, there exists an abandoned house which doesn't have a lich living in it

There is a guy standing outside of the house where you find the Silver Horn of Valhalla. But nobody is in the house I think (and no liches). :)

Is it really abandoned if something is living in it?... or unliving in it... whatever.

You are commissioned to gain the services of a notorious travelling lich for a great noble family of amn.
He is said to be the most nefarious lich in the land after the unfortunate death of Kangaxx to a misunderstanding.
Unfortunately the lich will only come and move in if you provide it with 200lb illithium to build a grand sarcophogus.
If you can't afford this, you also have the option to hire a mage to dress in rags and a turban, and walk around very slowly, casting timestop.
Regardless of how you choose to solve the quest, you gain 32000 quest xp and a magical flail from the families armoury

This should belong to https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/40705/did-you-actually-know#latest because for true facts like those we use only that thread.

    - Many of the BG1 portraits are made from photos of the team that made the game, and their wives and friends. Cameron Tofer is perhaps most well known as Garrick, whereas old Bioware bosses Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk are Ajantis and Coran. When Beamdog did an AMA on reddit Trent Oster (who is apparently Dorn) named the people behind as many portraits as he could remember.

I was already aware of this one, but I've always thought that the Male Portrait 2 guy must have been a total alpha stud.

There's a narrator line for the rest-disturb event, but for some reason it does not work / it's not enabled.

I could only get it to work in multiplayer for some reason (lag?)

There are easier ways to get it, such as with the console.
