668. You can't help but wonder...besides getting themselves killed by basilisks what was this adventuring group up to given they were exploring beneath the "secret" catacombs of Candlekeep.
671. You see a small crowd in your path and instead of waiting for it to disperse you turn around and walk around the entire fucking planet to get to the other side of that crowd.
@bengoshi , I do #670 all the time in my MM6 games. I like to make the red-haired woman Jaheira, or Imoen, and either one of the blonde women are Branwen, or can also be Jaheira if I'm using the red-haired one for Imoen. Sometimes I use the pirate eyepatch guy who says "chalk one more up for the big guy" as Minsc. Green-clad "choose me or suffer" guy makes a pretty good Keldorn, or Anomen. (I see you're using him for Kagain.) Sometimes I also use the Robin Hood guy for Anomen. The brunette Xena look-alike makes a good Shar-Teel or Safana. And like you, I always leave one of the slots to be my Charname self-insert, using the remaining three slots to pick three BG companions.
EDIT: Is that you in the Let's Play video, Bengoshi? I've gone over to YouTube to watch.
I'm glad the 670 entry was spot on, @BelgarathMTH : ) This is what this thread is about - one can see himself in the habits mentioned here. Unfortunately, that was not mine Let's Play but as soon as I saw it I was amazed to find my twin : )
672. You use M&M avatars for your Dragon Disciple in BG:
As a side note, just look at those 3D models... If Ubisoft truly have the code of MM games, maybe they can enhance them after the HOMM3 HD is released? : )
675. You get the Spell immunity: Number of comments ability. Congrats on it, @elminster ! Unbelievable knowledge of BG and IE games.
As you said in the BG2EE manual, "there are plenty of mages whose bad name is most richly deserved." But there're only few whose good name is respected everywhere. And you're from them, no doubt about it!
676. ... when you realize that you played Baldurs Gate already longer than x hours, with x being the number of hours individually defined by you as the highest number that's justifiable for you to spend with this game.

Is there such a thing as a limited amount of time justifiable to play these games?
677. Instead of reading the text, which you know by heart, you just type in the right sequence of numbers (...1..2..3..2...) to skip through conversations and get to the important stuff fight.
678. The game's advice - while your character doesn't have to eat, you do - has actually saved you from starvation. More than once.

Well, if you wanna set x to infinity, that's fine, I think. I wouldn't do it though, as my lifetime is limited too. But then I have to admit, that I've passed my personal x a long time ago and am still playing.

681: you pause Baldur's Gate on your phone so you can play Baldur's Gate on your computer while updating Baldur's Gate on your tablet.
Wow. So Baldur's Gate. So pause. Much. Wow.
682. You get a quest in Dragon Age: Inquistion that can be started only by paying 10 000 gp and you immediately think about two things: 1) paying Gaelan Bayle for his services 2) you need a book worth of 10 000 gp to enter Candlekeep

Is there one in Inquisition? There was one in DA2 as well and it is what I immediately thought of.
Comments
Obviously
665. Whenever you hear about someone/something dying from someone else, your first question is, "Did they drop any good loot?"
666. Whenever you see a dead body, your first instinct is to loot it.
No surprise the 666th habit involves a dead body!
667. You hear children in your country spell the train's sound "Too-Too" and immediately think about BG Tutu.
669. When you think of BG Tutu you immediately envision Minsc in a pink one.
"Charname, I do not know how this helps to defeat Irenicus, but Boo like the ruffles."

674. Instead of telling about 4 Giant Spiders, 4 Ettercaps, 2 Wyverns you say 4x450xp =1600xp; 4x650xp = 2800xp; or 2x1400xp=2800xp.

What ails you
Er... yes I am!
Have you any idea
Numbers and such
I see. And just how
half-dressed tart
True story...
(I do this one all the time.)
