Volcarona is also pretty good, and another one my favs, plus it just looks so soft and warm and something that you would want to keep as a stuffed animal
I was playing pokemon y for a while, but after like 330 hours I stopped, and then omega ruby came out, and then I played all the way to victory road and haven't touched the game(s) since
Has anyone ever came up with the idea to make a gum called Pika Chew? That would be kinda awesome... Especially if it had some kinda shocking flavor. Maybe sour or mint? Or they could put pop rocks in it or something.
Just started a new pokemon game in Ultra violet which is a hacked version of fire red that allows third evolutions without trading, as I play on a phone and don't have anyone to trade with anyway it seemed the logical choice.
I started with a Charmander who i named Chandler, could he BE any more awesome? I've evolved him into a charmeleon and thrashed brock to get the pewter city badge (metal claw!)
I figured I'd breath some more life into this thread while I was at it
I once had a lvl 100 Blastoise I nicknamed Blaster. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted him, along with all of my other great Pokemon, when I carelessly started a new game on my old Gold version (I was devastated when I figured out what I had done).
My Sapphire version's internal battery ran out as well, and I didn't even get to catch all of the Pokemon that appeared at night, let alone the certain legendaries that were only available as part of a rather specific side quest.
On another note, when I had bought my used Leaf Green version, the store clerks may have forgotten to delete the previous owner's save. When I started the game up for the first time, I found a save complete with every Pokemon in the game, including legendaries and those not found within that particular game itself, with levels in the 90s.
People say the new generations are cr*p, but I say stuff them, I adore Diancie, it is the most awesome adorable badass legendary ever. That and the fact that I started with Gen 3 and revisited the franchise in Gen 4 so no nostalgia goggles on me.
I remember when I trained my first level 100 team in Pokemon Diamond I was so excited. Blaziken, Milotic, Roserade, Tyranitar, Salamence, Garchomp. That was before I learned about EVs and IVs of course.
While I do think that the number of Pokemon has gotten a little out of hand, I would hardly call the new games 'crap'. After playing both old and new Pokemon games a lot, I think they're all very fun games.
Oh, by the way... I will be watching this thread very carefully for spoilers. I certainly don't want to be spoiled and I am sure others don't want that either so make sure to use spoiler tags!
@O_Bruce Why not? Are you in a country that Nintendo doesn't sell to or something?
No, it's about the money. Long story short: I'm just after graduating from university and until January I can't dream of making... acceptable income. And even then my priorities with money would lie elsewhere than buying 3ds and games for it.

For Christmas one year, I got a bunch of Pokemon stuff...A giant stuffed Pikachu, Charmander, and Squirtle. As well as a Pokemon blanket.
Oh, and in first grade, I let some dude borrow my Pikachu and the pokeball it came with, and never got it back.
I stopped playing Pokemon games after Soul Silver.
Anyway, if anyone wants to trade/battle with me in gen 6 just let me know.

Even shorter: becoming an adult sucks.
There is actually a new form for Greninja now though.
