I could just open a portal to the elemental plane of cookies and leave @Anduin there until the side effects of his new psionic powers fade away... But this is just funnier :)

Well you can tell I'm a goody two shoes... My sole reason for pressing the button was so that my favourite forum member lived... I was totally okay with cookie-fication to keep them alive.

... Wait, what @Anduin ? I said I'd press the button so THEY didn't get eaten.

Starts studying a way to open a permanent gateway between the Elemental Plane of Cookies and the Elemental Plane of Broccoli... this way every cookie in the universe will have some broccoli in it and every broccoli in the universe will have some cookie in it....

That sounds like a good idea.

I used to press the button in BG2 because gold and XP, but once I started doing no-reload runs, I always pressed the "3" key when Aataqah greeted me, so he'd never ask me the question in the first place. That way, I could avoid fighting either the Ogre Mage or the gibberlings.

I always press the button, 'cause I'm a greedy EXP-slut.

I don't actually know who my favorite forumite is. That probably means at least 5 of you are in danger right now, oops.

You know, how do I know you are telling the truth @Shandaxx ? Maybe pressing the button turns us ALL into cookies.

Over a year later, I just realized that @Skatan and I apparently didn't read the first post of the thread.

    Push = Action
    Not Push = Inaction

I usually err on the side of action so push it is!

I enable console, then ctrl+q evil mage and make him release me.

Oh, you're correct @semiticgod, I just browsed it and assumed it was a classic one, and not this devious version!

I'd still push the button, at least that way I might save my friend.

What if @Shandaxx is one of my favorites? Is he willing to trust his own device if I push the button?
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903
Well, this is an anonymous poll, but I totally voted that I would press the button.

Last time I visited this thread I was unfortunately blue, furry, had googly eyes atop of my head and a strong urge to eat cookies...

I had no way to know you'd be allergic to developing psionic powers...
